How long does my order take to ship?

All items will be posted within seven days. All purchases are sent within the UK using a tracked and signed for service.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We try to avoid sending pots internationally due to to greater risk of breakages (ceramics are generally uninsurable unless shipped with an art-handler which is very expensive). Also we are trying to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum where possible. Please contact us before buying if you are not based in the UK.

What do you use to pack your pots?

Our aim is to steer clear of plastic and ensure everything is either recycled or recyclable. We generally favour a combination of recycled tissue paper, recycled card, corn starch packing peanuts and local straw to pack our pots and only ever use re-purposed bubble wrap (if at all). We also try to avoid the use of new boxes favouring to reuse where possible.

What is your return policy? 

Our pots are made with care and attention and each piece is checked prior to posting, in addition they are packed in a careful, protective way. Should your pot(s) arrive damaged please contact us within 48 hours of of receipt with a photograph of the fault. After this time, we cannot be held responsible for goods that are no longer in our care - please check your pots upon receiving them.

Are your pots dishwasher safe?

We recommend that our pots be hand-washed with a soft cloth – however apart from the teapots all of our pots are dishwasher safe but not suitable for use in microwaves.
